The team gathered in Brussels to witness this historic event in person, demonstrating how artificial intelligence and legal innovation have reached a groundbreaking intersection. BrazenTellurite’s AI autonomously analyzed extensive case files, prepared detailed legal briefs, and efficiently responded to opposing motions—without human intervention.
This remarkable achievement was made possible by BrazenTellurite’s introduction of “Playbooks”—a method that structures cases using expert legal insights, enabling AI to effectively predict the typical trajectory of a lawsuit. This breakthrough has drastically improved acceptance rates of AI-prepared drafts among lawyers. Previously, manual verification resulted in considerable human oversight. However, with the new Playbook model in place, lawyers now accept AI-generated documents without reservations in around 3 out of any 4 cases.

Today’s milestone results underscore the practical impact of AI in streamlining legal workloads. Of note, typical case preparation, averaging approximately 446 minutes per case, was drastically reduced to just 24 and 31 minutes in the two cases presented today—resulting in a reduction of human preparation time from approximately 7.4 hours down to just 0.4 hours per case, a reduction of 94.46% / 93,01%. While acceptance for AI crafted briefs rose from below 10% to around 72 %. The cases handled involved personal injury claims and medical malpractice.
Today’s success confirms the significant potential of AI integration into the legal industry, and BrazenTellurite is already in negotiations with several new prospective clients to introduce playbooks to their cases.
